Trauma fragments us.
It cuts us off from the world's body.

If we're divided,
We're conquered.

But we are the world.
We cannot be cut off from it.

Trauma creates an illusion,
Of division, disconnection and fragmentation.

This trick also cuts us off from the present moment.

But that moment was never lost.
Is never lost.

Right now,
We are whole.
We are healed.
We are one.
