My work begins with a simple conviction: that attention is an ethical act. What we are willing to see—within ourselves, in one another and in the world—shapes what becomes possible.
The work
I am a writer and somatic practitioner exploring transformation not as self-improvement but as a return to what is already whole. My work draws from contemplative practice, embodied inquiry, psychology and the feral intelligence of the natural world.
