Enoughness
When you value yourself and your time, You don’t need perfection, recognition or achievement.
When you value yourself and your time,
You don’t need perfection, recognition or achievement.
You stop before collapse or resentment.
When your life is dear to you,
You don’t need extraordinary experiences
Or special treats.
Ordinary is satisfying.
When you can stay with pain
Without escaping or drowning in it,
You can also stay with joy.
Urgency disappears.
When you know and accept yourself,
You can meet others as you are,
The performance stops, life begins.
Depth and subtlety appear.
When you see reality as it is,
Intensity becomes optional,
Life becomes a dance.
Work becomes play.
When you dance with reality,
You don’t need to control or predict it,
You respond and adapt to it.
Play becomes the work.
When you are content with yourself,
The world embraces you.
Belonging and responsibility become one.
When you don’t rush into more,
You have more now.
