Ecstasy Now

Turns toward the inner voice of insufficiency as a lonely part needing companionship, locating ecstasy not in achievement but in ending the war with oneself.

alivenesscreativity

The voice in you
that says:
it’s not enough.
You’re not enough.

That’s the part of you that
wants you to be better.
It knows your needs
and attachments
before you do.

Don’t respond to it
by doing the next thing
right away.

Say thank you first.
I know you're trying
to help me.
I want to know
How I can do better.
How I can be better.

And you will be.
You already are.
