Collapsing Spacetime

A Measure of the Moment

embodimentattention

In a universe stretched across light-years,
Among billions of stars,
In the infinity of time,
Trillions of cells move together
To create this moment of awareness
That is us.
Here. Now.

What if we didn't measure space in miles?
What if we didn't measure time in seconds?
What if we measured them in meaning and awareness?

All of it held in the body.
What is more precious than what each of us has right here, right now?

To breathe.
To stand.
To take a step.

To speak.
To touch.
To meet.

To see.
And not turn away.
