Porous

Movement and perception are inseparably linked.

As we move, we're constantly constructing ourselves and the world.

The better we move, the more we know.

We are born and changed through the conversation between us and other —
who is born and changed through the conversation with us.

You could also say that there is no us or other.
There's only movement that's aware.

The picture is never finished.
It can always be refined further.

Wholeness doesn't demand perfection and completeness.

Wholeness is porous and ever changing—
Permeable, not watertight.

It doesn't control or trap.
It doesn't tighten around pain or fear.
It let's them move through.

Wholeness allows for maximum movement, perception and conversation.
