Qualities of Balance
A balanced center is a quiet center. It doesn't need tension to stay in place.
A balanced center is a quiet center.
It doesn't need tension to stay in place.
When you're balanced, you can fall in any direction.
You can move with the least amount of effort in any direction.
When motion is initiated from the center, it flows like water.
It's not stuttering or jerking. It's not pushing or pulling. It doesn't need violence.
It accepts what is. It moves without effort. It stays with contradiction.
Presence is a quality of balance.
No need to lean towards the future.
Attention is a quality of balance.
Nothing forced. Nothing missed.
Sensitivity is a quality of balance.
The slightest signal is enough.
Peace is a quality of balance.
Force is not necessary.
Patience is a quality of balance.
No shortcuts.
Trust is a quality of balance.
You don't need to know what comes next.
Confidence is a quality of balance.
You can lose your footing without losing yourself.
Openness is a quality of balance.
You can be touched without being moved.
Freedom is a quality of balance.
You can move toward and away.
Love is a quality of balance.
You can hold without grasping.
Belonging is a quality of balance.
You can stand alone without leaving the group.
Grace is a quality of balance.
The correction happens before the error appears.
Satisfaction is a quality of balance.
More is not needed.
Silence is a quality of balance.
